Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were cooperative. The breakfast buffet was good too. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing otherwise overall a good experience. It also is located in center of the city, easier to travel around.

The rooms were large and everything was kept nicely. I cannot speak for the pool but the gym was a nice touch for a quick workout. Staff were helpful and friendly.

1. Behaviour of staff. 10/10. Helpful, happy to help to guest. It's staff is most nice I have ever seen in hotels. All are perfect in his way. 2. Cleanliness. 3. Ambience of Restaurant is great. 4. Rooms are equipped with required things 5. Cost effective 6. Good for business stay.

The rooftop, massive rooms. Despite the busy road my room was very quiet and the pillow menu and comfortable bed meant I slept amazingly

Menu is limited however excellent preparation. Restaurant is extremely hygienic and ambience is good too.

All our requests were met promptly and with a smile. The view from our room was fantastic. Have not seen so much greenery from any other hotel in Pune.
